Skrzyżowanie ulicy Karola Świeczewskiego [obecnie Józefa Piłsudskiego] z ulicą Świdnicką nocą. Po lewej w oddali Kino Śląsk wybudowane w latach 1928-1929 według projektu Friedricha Lippa. Od 1999 Teatr Muzyczny - Operetka Wrocławska od 2003 Teatr Muzyczny Capitol.W 2005 konkurs na rozbudowę wygrał projekt pracowni KKM Kozień Architekci z Krakowa, prace budowalne trwały w latach 2011-2013. Budynek otwarto ponownie 28 września 2013.
